Court Costs:

Although in the vast majority of cases similar to yours we may be winning in court, you should be aware that your situation may be dismissed entirely. If that happens, it is very likely that you will be held responsible for paying the defendant's court costs and expenses (in Spanish “Costas”). No one can assure you that your situation will be won in court. What we can do from in99 is to agree to take care of any court costs and expenses you may be imposed in exchange of an additional fee. I wish in99 to take care of the legal costs that I might be responsible for if my case is lost. I understand that this coverage is offered in exchange for 5% of the amount when and if it is finally recovered in my favour. This fee in favour of in99 is in addition to any other fees separately agreed upon in this document.

I do not wish in99 to pay for any legal costs that might be imposed on me if my case were lost. I understand that I have been properly informed about this risk and that if my case is entirely dismissed I will most likely be held responsible to pay the defendant's legal costs and expenses.

Advance payment:

Due to the general situation of the Administration of Justice in Spain, the time limits for the resolution of claims may extend to several years. No one can control the Court deadlines for the resolution of your claim until the effective recovery of your money in case of success. What we can do from in99 is to offer you an immediate advance of part of the compensation that may correspond to you in exchange for an additional fee. Please let us know if you would like to receive a proposal for an advance payment of part of the compensation you may be entitled to

I would like to receive a proposal for an advance payment of part of the compensation I may be entitled to. This advance will be offered in exchange for 10% of the amount when and if it is finally recovered in the proceedings. This fee for in99 is in addition to any others agreed upon separately in this document. In the event that my case is lost, I will not have to return this advance payment.

I do not wish to receive a proposal for an advance payment of part of the compensation I may be entitled to. I understand that I have been properly informed about the possible long Court deadlines for my claim once it is in court and that such deadlines are beyond the control of in99.
